Who owns this and why you should still trust it

RockEnrollers is owned by CT Scan, Inc., a patient enrollment company that models cost per enrollment with DYNO and then runs the advertising to deliver it. We would rather you learn that here than discover it later.

That ownership creates an obvious question: can a directory published by a company with a product in the adjacent category be fair about vendors? Our answer is that the directory only has value if it is, so the incentives happen to line up. A page that flatters everyone ranks for nothing and convinces nobody.

How profiles are produced

  • Public sources only: company materials and case studies, regulatory filings, trial registries, conference presentations, and press coverage. We do not currently cite practitioner interviews, and we will not claim them until we have done them on the record.
  • Assessed on published criteria: model, pricing structure, stated strengths, fit, and poor fit — the same fields for every company, including our own.
  • Anything we cannot source publicly is written as a question to put to the vendor rather than as an assertion about the vendor.
  • Claims we cannot verify are marked as the company's own positioning rather than stated as fact.
  • We do not publish pricing figures we cannot source. Where we discuss pricing, we describe the structure and tell you what to ask for.
  • No vendor pays for inclusion, placement, or removal. There is no sponsored tier and no advertising on this site.
  • Vendors do not review profiles before publication.
  • We profile our own owner, CT Scan, Inc., on the same criteria, with the ownership flagged at the top of that page.

Corrections

If a profile is wrong, we will fix it, and we will fix it whether or not the company asks nicely. Send the correction with a source and it gets reviewed. We do not remove accurate criticism on request.

Our relationship to DYNO

DYNO is CT Scan, Inc.'s enrollment cost model: it predicts cost per lead, cost per enrollment, advertising budget, and timeline for a given protocol. CT Scan then runs the enrollment against that model, charging an initiation fee, the advertising budget, and a per-enrollment fee. We do not sell software subscriptions. Where a page touches cost modelling or feasibility, we say so and link to it — labelled, not smuggled in. Nothing on this site is scored, ranked, or ordered by whether it helps DYNO.
