What they actually do
Provides a matching and orchestration layer that ingests referrals from many channels — media, partners, registries, health data — and routes and tracks them to sites, giving sponsors one view of funnel performance.
How they price
Platform licence plus optional recruitment services.
Whatever the structure, convert it to cost per randomized patient before you compare proposals. Cost per referral is the number vendors prefer to quote and the number that tells you least.
Where they are strong
- Channel-agnostic: measures sources against each other honestly
- Good funnel visibility from referral through randomization
- Useful when several recruitment vendors are already in play
What to watch for
- A measurement layer does not by itself create patients
Is Trialbee worth it?
Worth it when: Sponsors running multiple recruitment vendors who cannot see which one works.
Not worth it when: Single-vendor studies where another layer adds cost without insight.

Before you sign anything
Ask for the referral-to-randomization ratio on three studies resembling yours, in the same indication and the same countries. If a vendor will not give it, that is the answer. If your enrollment forecast itself is the shaky part, our sister publication Rock Enroll covers forecasting and rescue in depth.
This profile is compiled from public sources: the company's own website and case studies, trial registries, and trade press. Statements about performance are framed as questions to put to the vendor rather than claims about it. Trialbee did not review or approve this page. Corrections are welcome and get made.
